"Hello Penny, I am sorry that the company is taking action due to the claim history. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the underwriters and the recent trends of loss history across the industry. I have no say in these decisions and would love it if all my policyholders were never cancelled but unfortunately that is not how the insurance industry works. There are many factors that determine the decisions that underwriters make and that goes with all companies not just State Farm. Most of the factors that determine these decisions are used by all insurance companies. I appreciate you as a customer and hope that you are able to find a good fit for your insurance needs.
